One address detail to check before publishing: your website uses B015, while the official Primary Care Directory uses B15. These may refer to the same shop, but confirm the format shown on the tenancy documents or shop signage and then use one format consistently everywhere.

1. 全科服務是甚麼？

全科服務是病人處理大部分常見健康問題的第一個求醫點，為不同年齡人士提供初步評估、診斷、治療、預防保健及慢性疾病跟進。
醫生會根據病人的症狀、病歷及臨床檢查結果提供適當的醫療建議。如有需要，醫生亦可能安排化驗、影像檢查、覆診或轉介其他醫療專業人員。
General practice is usually the first point of contact for people with common health concerns. It includes initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care and follow-up of chronic conditions for patients of different ages.
The doctor will provide appropriate medical advice based on the patient’s symptoms, medical history and clinical examination. Laboratory tests, imaging, follow-up consultations or referrals may be arranged when clinically appropriate.

This clinic is not an Accident and Emergency Department. Do not wait for a response from the clinic if any of the following occurs. Call 999 immediately or attend the nearest Accident and Emergency Department:

When there is uncertainty but the patient appears seriously unwell or is deteriorating rapidly, emergency medical assistance should be sought promptly.
Yes, we welcome patient preferences regarding their consulting physician. You can request your preferred doctor when booking your appointment. While we always try to accommodate requests, availability may vary depending on the doctor's schedule. If your preferred doctor is unavailable, our reception team will suggest alternative qualified practitioners.

A general practitioner can provide an initial assessment and treatment for many common health concerns, including:
  • Fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose and flu-like symptoms
  • Nasal allergies, skin allergies and other allergic symptoms
  • Headache, dizziness, tiredness, muscle pain and joint discomfort
  • Abdominal pain, digestive discomfort, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation
  • Eczema, acne, rashes, fungal infections and other common skin conditions
  • Red or irritated eyes, ear pain and other common eye or ear symptoms
  • Urinary discomfort and other common urinary symptoms
  • Initial assessment of minor wounds, burns and sprains
  • Initial assessment of common children’s, women’s and men’s health concerns
  • Monitoring and follow-up of high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol
  • Pre-vaccination assessment, health screening and preventive care
  • Medical certificates and health assessments
The services provided will depend on the patient’s individual condition, the doctor’s clinical judgement and the facilities available at the clinic. Referral or hospital assessment may be recommended when specialist or hospital care is required.
 How often should I do a body check?
  • Adults under 40: once every 2–3 years
  • Adults over 40 or with risk factors: once a year Your doctor may recommend a different schedule based on your health condition.
