The entire team of Dr. Chan Yau Chuen and Dr. Fung Wai-Yee of our medical center has officially relocated from Shop 5, Ground Floor, Kai Tak One, along with all historical medical records, and is now operating from our current address.
全家醫務中心, 啟德區唯一, 別無分診所, 陳囿全醫生、馮瑋怡醫生、尹醫生團隊已於日前全體人員、連同所有病人歷史健康病歷檔案，正式全數遷離舊址「啟德一號5号舖地下」。現時本中心在啟德區內僅此一家，別無任何分店、副線、附屬機構或留守團隊. 我們現時唯一之執業地點為：📍 啟德晴朗商場地下 B015 號舖（百佳超市樓下）任何人士如在啟德一號 5A,5B(舊址一開為二舖)、或網上其他滯後搜尋頁面看到與本中心相似之醫療資訊，均與本中心完全無關。為保障您與家人的健康，覆診及看診時請認清{陳囿全醫生} , {馮瑋怡醫生}, {尹醫生},{麥醫生}之註冊姓名，請直接移步至晴朗商場新店。 Care For all Medical Clinic, the Only One in Kai Tak District. The entire team of Dr. Chan Yau Chuen, Dr. Fung Wai Yee, and Dr. Wan has officially moved from their old address, "Shop 5, Ground Floor, Kai Tak One," along with all patient medical records. Currently, this is the only clinic in the Kai Tak area; there are no other branches, sub-branches, affiliated institutions, or teams remaining on-site. Our sole place of practice is: 📍 Shop B015, Ground Floor, Kai Tak Ching Long Shopping Mall (below ParknShop supermarket). If any medical information similar to our centre seen on shops 5A and 5B (two shops from the original address) in Kai Tak One, or on other outdated online search pages, is completely unrelated to our centre. To protect your and your family's health, please verify the registered names of Dr. Chen Yau Chuen, Dr. Feng Wai Yee, Dr. Wan and Dr. Mak seeking follow-up appointments or consultations, and proceed directly to the new clinic in B015 Ching Long Shopping Mall.

Closed on public holidays. In order to serve our valuable patients in good quality. Our clinic provides appointment options and a patient-focused consultation environment. Waiting times vary according to patient demand and clinical. Advance booking is recommended to reduce waiting time. Consultation times may vary according to patients’ clinical needs.
