本中心全體團隊及病歷檔案已遷離啟德一號5號舖。現時提供服務的診所位於晴朗商場B區地下B15號舖（百佳超級市場樓下）。The centre’s team and medical records have left Shop 5, One Kai Tak. Current services are at Shop B15, G/F, Zone B, Ching Long Shopping Centre, below ParknShop.

煥然壹居新診所預計2026年12月上旬投入服務，個別安排請先確認。De Novo is planned to open in early December 2026. Confirm individual service arrangements.

感謝街坊及病人一直支持。啟德一號診所結束後，我們服務社區的初心不變；全家綜合醫務中心將於沐翠街3號煥然壹居地下開展新一頁。Thank you to our patients and neighbours for your continued support. Following closure at One Kai Tak, our community commitment continues with a new Integrated Medical Centre at G/F, De Novo, 3 Muk Chui Street.

預計2026年12月上旬投入服務，提供普通科、健康檢查、疫苗及其他診所服務，另設兒科專科及物理治療；精神科預計2027年上旬推出。開業及各項服務日期請先致電+852 2663 0800／+852 9883 2163確認。Opening is planned for early December 2026, with GP, health checks, vaccination and other clinic services, plus specialist paediatrics and physiotherapy. Psychiatry is planned for early 2027. Confirm opening and individual service dates on +852 2663 0800 or +852 9883 2163.

星期一至五08:30–21:00；星期六及日08:30–18:00。每天13:00–14:00午休，公眾假期可按需要安排診症，請先向診所查詢及確認。Monday–Friday 08:30–21:00; Saturday–Sunday 08:30–18:00. Lunch closure is 13:00–14:00 daily. public-holiday consultations may be arranged on demand; please contact the clinic and confirm availability.
