預先準備接種資料Prepare vaccination information
查詢時帶備接種紀錄、出發日期、行程、過敏及用藥資料，並盡早安排評估，預留接種及產生保護所需時間。Bring vaccination records, departure date, itinerary, allergies and medicine information. Arrange assessment early to allow time for vaccination and protection to develop.
確認供應及指定文件Confirm availability and required documents
