全家醫務中心現時在啟德區內僅此一家診所，地點為：📍 啟德晴朗商場地下 B15 號舖（百佳超市樓下） 任何人士如在啟德一號 5A,5B(舊址一開為二舖)、或網上其他滯後搜尋頁面看到與本中心相似之醫療資訊，均與本中心完全無關。覆診及看診時請認清診所名稱 {陳囿全醫生} , {馮瑋怡醫生}, {尹醫生},{麥醫生}之註冊姓名，請直接移步至晴朗商場診所。 如有疑問，歡迎直接致電或WhatsApp本診所職員確認。 The entire team of Dr. Chan Yau Chuen, Dr. Fung Wai Yee, and Dr. Wan and Dr. Mak has officially moved from the old address at Shop 5, Ground Floor, One Kai Tak. Currently, Care For All Medical Centre has only one clinic in the Kai Tak area at : 📍 Shop B015, Ground Floor, Ching Long Shopping Mall (below ParknShop supermarket). If any medical information similar to our centre is seen at Shops 5A and 5B (two shops at the original clinic address) in One Kai Tak, or on other outdated online search pages, is completely unrelated to our centre. Please verify the registered names of Dr. Chen Yau Chuen, Dr. Fung Wai Yee, Dr. Wan and Dr. Mak when seeking consultations, and proceed to our clinic in B015 Ching Long Shopping Mall.

週一至週五 8:30 - 21:00 週六和週日8:30 - 18:00 , 公眾假期休息。本診所為了更好地為你們提供服務, 我們已延長了工作時間和提供預約安排。等候時間會因應求診人數及臨床優先次序而有所不同。強烈建議您在到診前先行打電話預約。日診是接受保險公司醫療卡。您的回饋對我們是非常重要的。 Mon to Friday 8:30 - 21:00, Sat and Sun 8:30 - 18:00. Closed on public holidays. In order to serve you better, our clinic provides appointment options and a patient-focused consultation environment.
