• 嚴重或持續胸痛
• 嚴重呼吸困難、不能正常說話或嘴唇發紫
• 突然面部歪斜、手腳無力、麻痺或說話不清
• 失去知覺、神志不清或持續抽搐
• 大量出血或嚴重創傷
• 嚴重過敏反應，例如呼吸困難、面部或舌頭腫脹
• 懷疑中毒或藥物過量
• 嚴重燒傷
• 病情迅速惡化
• 有即時自傷、傷害他人或自殺的風險

• Severe or persistent chest pain
• Severe difficulty breathing, inability to speak normally or blue lips
• Sudden facial drooping, weakness, numbness or difficulty speaking
• Loss of consciousness, confusion or a prolonged seizure
• Heavy bleeding or a serious injury
• A severe allergic reaction, such as breathing difficulty or swelling of the face or tongue
• Suspected poisoning or medication overdose
• A serious burn
• A rapidly worsening condition
• An immediate risk of self-harm, suicide or harm to another person

1. 登記及提供資料
   病人登記並提供求診原因、病歷、藥物及敏感資料。
2. 醫生問診
   醫生會了解病人的症狀、出現時間、過往病歷、正在服用的藥物及其他相關資料。
3. 臨床檢查
   醫生會按需要進行身體檢查，例如量度血壓、體溫、血氧或檢查相關身體部位。
4. 評估及治療建議
   醫生會解釋初步評估結果，並按臨床需要提供藥物、護理建議或其他治療方案。
5. 檢查、覆診或轉介
   如有需要，醫生可能建議進行化驗、影像檢查、安排覆診，或轉介至其他醫療專業人員或醫院。

•  Adults under 40: once every 2–3 years
• Adults over 40 or with risk factors: once a year.    Your doctor may recommend a different schedule based on your health condition.              健康檢查頻率會因年齡、病歷、家族病史、生活習慣及個人風險因素而有所不同。
   
  一般參考：
• 40 歲以下：每 2–3 年一次
• 40 歲以上或有風險因素：每年一次 . 醫生會根據您的健康狀況建議合適的檢查頻率。

• 血壓：適合高血壓患者、有心血管疾病風險人士或正在接受相關治療的人士。
• 血糖：糖尿病患者或醫生建議監測血糖人士可按指示量度。
• 體重：有助了解體重管理及生活習慣改變的情況。
• 心跳（脈搏）：可作為一般健康狀況的參考。
• 血氧飽和度（SpO₂）：部分呼吸系統疾病患者或醫生建議監測人士可考慮量度。
• 體溫：出現發燒、感染症狀或身體不適時特別有參考價值。

• 如發現量度結果持續異常，或伴隨頭暈、胸痛、呼吸困難、持續發燒等症狀，應盡快向醫生查詢。
